Bonsall
is a country club neighborhood of Fallbrook with its own schools.
Children enjoy the result of $50 million bonds with upgraded schools and
a performing arts center. Golfing is popular, as is horseback riding and
hiking in two local park preserves. As Fallbrook is the avocado capital
of the world, Bonsall shares in stocks of avocado and lemons from farms
and groves. Country fresh air is of plenty and even new developments
have not taken away the home town feeling that exists in Fallbrook.
Bonsall
real estate is made up of custom homes, many built along golf courses,
in upscale developments that have several bedrooms, designer touches,
and more-than-likely a great view. The countryside is configured of
mesas, ravines, and valleys with views of the hills and some of the
ocean.
Commutes
to work usually take residents out to Oceanside or Camp Peldleton or to
the many business parks of Rancho Bernardo. Downtown San Diego is about
60 miles south.
