Peter is a "transplant" from
Central London, England
having arrived 7 years ago. Peter has been a real estate agent his whole career,
in fact the 3rd generation of his family in the profession, following both his father and grandfather's footsteps.

living in one of the worlds best climates. "My work allows me to meet people
from all walks of life. Along with helping people make the transition from one
home to another is what makes my job really interesting." says Peter.

is a native San Diegan, who grew up in

Pacific
Beach
. Prior to joining the Peter Toner
Team, Raymond was a senior loan officer
with Countrywide Home Loans for a number
of years. He enjoyed working
extensively with first time homebuyers.
In
his spare time, he enjoys lifting weights,
boxing and is currently the Social
Director for the
San Diego
Track Club. Raymond looks forward to
answering any questions you may have
regarding the current real estate market.

Sally was born in Southern Africa and raised
in various part of the world. Her family has
been in the real estate business for many
years in South Africa.
After immigrating to America in the 1980’s
she pursued a career in marketing and
advertising, specifically focusing on real
estate in the 1990’s and the technology
arena in the late 90’s.
Having enjoyed a successful career with
Microsoft Corporation for over 6 years,
combined with my passion for real-estate
makes the acquisition of a new home a
seamless process.

originally from Sacramento, California but
has happily made her favorite beach town of
San Diego her second home. She graduated
Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Psychology from San Diego State
University. Her educational background

Her friendly

Commercial and Investment Member) training and has expanded her sphere into
commercial properties throughout the western United States. Erica speaks Mandarin Chinese,
is an accomplished student of Feng-Shui under grand master Lin Yun. In her spare
time, she enjoys yoga, tennis, and Feng-Shui consultation. |
